The Opportunity Youth (OY) Program is for young people between the ages of 18-24 who are disconnected from school, work and sometimes families. They need supports to reconnect them to positive paths toward education, employment, self-awareness, and self-sufficiency. At Mary Rigg OY participants will meet and work with a team of coaches to assist them with developing education, career, and financial goals while providing wrap around and barrier buster supports for both career and education guidance.
