BY Construction Bootcamp is a free short-term training opportunity perfect for anyone looking to start a career in construction. Get the opportunity for paid work experience while you earn NCCER & OSHA 10 Certifications.
Indiana is projected to have over 140,000 construction job openings by the year 2026. The BY program trains applicants to be prepared and confident for a career in construction. The program utilizes NCCER’s Core Curriculum: 80 hours of coursework that’s a combination of flexible classroom learning and onsite performance verifications. Applicants who successfully complete the program would receive the NCCER Core Credential (includes training in basic safety, construction math, hand and power tools, construction drawings, basic rigging and communication skills) and OSHA 10 certification. Students in the program will be well informed of pathways for all aspects of construction and will be connected to employers and training centers that will provide them with a pathway to a career in construction. Construction employers attend each class session and students can participate in a hiring event at the end of the program.
Triple T Academy Drone Piloting

Triple T Academy teaches every student how to operate and fly a commercial drone. The program specifically addresses the skills required to pass the Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification Test. Once students obtain their FAA Part 107 drone pilot license, they can operate a drone commercially for any business that requires their unique skill set or can commence a drone business of their own.
