Volunteers will help with:
- Greeting families
- Serving food and hot chocolate
- Running games and activities
- Distributing books, hats, and gloves to children
- Event setup and cleanup
Vendors will:
- Share information and resources with families
- Distribute flyers and branded items
Participating organizations must be service-oriented and actively engaged with the West Indianapolis community.
Donations:
We welcome both financial and in-kind contributions. We especially need new child-sized hats, gloves, and coats. Donors giving $500.00 or more may also choose to sponsor a station, such as:
- Meals
- Hot chocolate
- Photos with Santa
- Games and activities
