Youth: Parent & Customer Services Manager
Sheuna Higgins serves as the Youth:Parent and Customer Services Manager for Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center. In that role, Sheuna is responsible for the day to day operations of the youth program and customer service. A key focus of her position is providing enrichment activities that enhance students’ learning opportunities and providing high quality customer service to all Mary Rigg clients.
Sheuna joined Mary Rigg in 2013 as a Youth Program Coordinator. Prior to joining Mary Rigg, she served as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year at Blackstone Elementary School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Sheuna graduated from the University of Florida in Gainsville, Florida, and received her Masters in Sports Psychology and Motor Behavior from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. She lives with her wife, Mackenzie, and their pup, Zoa, in Hillside.
