BY Construction Training is a hands-on workforce development initiative designed to meet the growing demand for skilled workers in the construction industry.

Delivered in partnership with Mary Rigg, the training combines classroom instruction with on-site experience, equipping students with practical skills and two nationally recognized certifications—OSHA 30 and NCCER. The program is free to participants and accessible to individuals from all backgrounds. Whether graduates pursue careers in construction or other industries, this experience consistently helps them move forward with confidence.

Grads can invite friends and family to celebrate their accomplishment at a graduation ceremony on Nov. 12 at 5 p.m. Friends and family should bring their printed invitation and plan to arrive early to allow time for parking.
