Youth Program Assistant (Part time or up to 30 hours/week)

Have a heart for helping kids learn and grow? Want to make a difference in the lives of others while gaining experience in youth services? Then you might be a great fit for the Youth Program Assistant. The Mary Rigg Youth Program (CCDF approved) provides programming that engages and supports students as they advance throughout the school year. As a Youth Program Assistant, you will serve on the team working directly with elementary school-age students during after-school time, ensuring kids have opportunities to progress, grow and develop in a healthy and safe environment.

RiggCrew℠ is an exciting new option that provides you paid “Earn & Learn” work, training, and direct client-serving experience through programs available at Mary Rigg. Short-term experience is now available in a 3-month option (30 hours/week) or 6-month option (20 hours/week). Through your RiggCrew experience, you’ll help others, develop alongside peers, and gain valuable skills, training, and real-world work experience.
