The Opportunity Youth (OY) Program is for young people between the ages of 18-24 who are disconnected from school, work, and sometimes families. It can give you the support you need to reconnect yourself to a positive path toward education, employment, self-awareness, and self-sufficiency. At Mary Rigg, you will meet and work with a team of coaches to assist you with developing education, career, and financial goals while providing wrap-around and barrier buster supports for both career and education guidance.
Working together for better opportunities.
Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center is a thriving community resource for our neighbors in southwest Indianapolis. Mary Rigg supports adults, youth, and families seeking help, hope, and better opportunities.

At the time that I stumbled across Mary Rigg I had no car and caught the bus everywhere. My credit was shot, I was recently terminated from my job, had $6 in my checking account, and my monthly expenses surpassed my income. I was taught skills, vouchers and a slew of other things. This place definitely changed my life.
I am proud to be connected to Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center. They are completely focused on teaching their clients how to succeed independently in so many ways. Finding affordable housing, job training, computer skills, financial planning, amazing child care where they lead the kids to achieve so many possibilities that the families did not know were available and making sure that the food pantry is stocked by donations and so much more.
I think that Mary Rigg is an outstanding and unique place. They are there to help anyone that comes through the door. They are respectful of everyone and they provide a great service to the community.
