Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center is a site for the Marion County Division of Family and Children.  If you are a resident of Marion County and you need temporary assistance for needy families, food stamps, Medicaid or Hoosier Heathwise for children you may apply at Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center.  Once an application is filed with DFC, you will be assigned a DFC caseworker who assesses eligibility for services.
