Free Beginner Tai Chi Classes for Seniors
Tai Chi is an easy, comfortable form of exercise that reduces pain and stress and improves concentration, posture, and balance.
Classes will be held weekly for 6 weeks starting September 8 and 9
Goodwin Classes: Mondays at 10 am
Mary Rigg Classes: Tuesdays at 10 am
