Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center focuses its efforts at home, in a place where change is needed more than in most places: southwestern Indianapolis. The problems our community faces are real, and they endanger the future of the families and children who live here.

Crime is a problem. Poverty is a problem. But the biggest problem of all is that, all too often, others in the community look the other way.

We believe change can only occur when people come together to confront the problems facing a community. And in spite of the obstacles, in recent years, we have seen change. And the more things change, the more our problems transform into potential.
